Original Italian Tuscan and Umbrian terracotta ‘Tegole’, some with actual handprints visible from when they were originally made - 100% authentic.

 

24 tiles approximately make up a metre squared (22 per 10 sq. feet)A combination of old tiles on the top and new ones underneath halves the number of old tiles needed and therefore reduces the cost  substantially.

 

The tiles are simply laid on the roof and cemented at the ridge and the bottom row, the rest simply sit on the roof and lock in together.
